Plus de 210 enfants sont venus chanter et manger sur la terrasse du Centre Taramana pour fêter Noël en compagnie de l’ensemble du staff et des bénévoles présents. Une vingtaine de lots ont fait l’objet d’un tirage de la tombola pour tous ceux qui avaient reçu le précieux sésame d’invitation à cette folle soirée. Au préalable dans la journée, les enfants ont eu l’occasion de visionner sur grand écran des sketchs hilarants du célèbre Charlot et participer à toutes sortes de jeux sous la houlette de Sarah Deranlot, Marco Pouget et de Tith, nouveau bénévole francophone au Centre. Pendant le goûter de biscuits – Nutella arrosé d’un verre de Coca-Cola, les enfants ont passé une heure de projection des vidéos de l’année avec notamment la vidéo de la plage et le Best of de la TaramanAcademy 4. On sait pourquoi les enfants sont si “accro” à cette journée spéciale.

More than 210 children came to the Taramana Centre to sing and eat during the recent Christmas holiday. They celebrated with all the staff members and volunteers. Twenty or so prizes were drawn in a raffle for all those who received the much-sought-after invitation to this wonderful and enchanted evening.   To start the day off, the kids got to watch hilarious sketches by Charlie Chaplin on a big screen and participate in all sorts of games under the watchful and caring eyes of Sarah Deranlot, Marco Pouget and Tith, a new francophone volunteer at the Centre.   At snack-time, which consisted of coookies with scrumptious Nutella accompanied by some bubbly Coca-Cola, the kids watched one hour of videos from the past year including those from their beach visit and the Best of TaramanAcademy 4.   Now we know why the children are so ‘hooked’ on this very special day !
