Dans la continuité des actions menées en partenariat depuis des années avec le Lycée Français René Descartes à Phnom Penh, Taramana a été invitée à participer à la première édition de la Semaine des Arts qui aura lieu toute cette semaine. Une douzaine d’enfants du Centre parmi les plus francophones seront amenés à profiter des divers stands proposés aux élèves du Lycée touchant aussi bien aux domaines de la danse, du théâtre, de la musique ou encore de la littérature. Nos célèbres beatboxers, Dara et Oudom, finalistes de l’émission “Cambodia Got Talent” l’an passé animeront par ailleurs un atelier beatboxing. Un mini-show de nos artistes associé aux élèves du lycée sera proposé le vendredi 11 mars à partir de 17h00 aux parents des enfants inscrits au Lycée. Taramana tiendra le 11 mars après-midi un stand d’information mais aussi de vente de gâteaux faits maison avec l’aide active de membres de PPA (Phnom Penh Accueil) et d’un sponsor nouveau proposé par M. Paul Simbsler avec des produits sucrés de sa société “SIM & ROS”. 100% des bénéfices de cette journée seront reversés pour la troupe des Petits Chenapans afin de financer les costumes et les décors de leur prochaine pièce de théâtre.
Continuing with its partnership activities which have been in place foryears with the French Lycée René Descartes in Phnom Penh, Taramana was invited to participate in the first edition of the Arts Week which took place over one week. A dozen children from the Centre who are the best French speakers were able to enjoy various stands set up for high school students related to the fields of dance, theater, music or literature. Our two famous beatboxers, Dara and Oudom, finalists last year in “Cambodia’s Got Talent”, hosted a beatboxing workshop. A mini-show of our artists associated with the high school students was offered on Friday, March 11th after 5 pm for the parents of children enrolled at school. In the afternoon on March 11th, members from Taramana worked an information booth and sold homemade cakes with the active assistance of members of PPA (Phnom Penh Accueil) and with a new sponsor by Mr. Paul Simbsler with sugar-based products from his company “SIM & ROS”. 100% of the profits from this day are set to be donated to the troops of the Little Rascals to finance the costumes and sets for their next play.
